Minda has been in the real estate profession since 1991 when she joined Sutton Group.  She is active on the Real Estate Board and was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2002.

Neriza (Rogerson) Wallace

Neriza joined her mother in real estate in 2004 when she returned to Lethbridge after living in Calgary.  Neriza is also part of Sutton Group Lethbridge.

Marlene Lacey

Marlene provides IT support ranging from electronic information packages including visual and virtual tours for electronic (mail, list service, website) or post delivery.  She has provided Minda with part-time computer support since 1993.  Since 1995 when the Internet became available commercially, that support has grown to provide website assistance.  Over the past year, requests for digital tours and digital information has increased the need for developing unique electronic strategies to provide clients with the most up-to-date information about Lethbridge in many media forms. 

Since  2001, when Marlene began her publishing company, Blue Grama Publications, the support has moved into providing print and database support in addition to enhancing the digital information delivery with plans for
